Why are we such potently effective self-sabotagers?

Ugh.
While I'd like to blame the Cadbury Mini Eggs and their candy-coated chocolatey half pricedness and the mouth-on-fire Doritos of deliciousness, the only person to really blame is myself. I am a dumbshite for buying that crap in the first place. I know better and I did it anyway.
But tomorrow is another day.
